Occupational Therapy Assessment

Thorough individual assessment is key to Thriving Mind's approach.

Firstly use the contact form with your initial enquiry.

Following an inital telephone consultation, where a risk assessment and treatment suitability is completed a home/work visit will be arranged. Families, carers and relevant parties can also form part of the assessment.

An initial assessment generally takes about two hours to complete.

A rehabilitation plan with initial recommendations and suggested sessions required will form an in depth report and if required, treatment offered.

This process is correlated with the client needs, as well as the referral reason.
